The needs are sought among parents or friends of the Foundation, and then allocated according to the applications, interests and skills of the volunteers. The project provides support at every stage of the implementation of the entrusted task. Volunteering needs are divided into four categories: ecology, education, e-volunteering and society.

“ELIZABETH” PROJECT – MUM HELPS MUM
This project is mainly directed at young mothers, who cannot rely on any help during such difficult time as the stage after pregnancy and labor. We offer support not only in a form of talks, sharing experiences but also help in cooking, cleaning, going for a walk or to a doctor. Such actions have a crucial meaning for previously very active women, who after the childbirth are overwhelmed with the scope of responsibilities, and thus at risk of postnatal depression. This project is being conducted by Ewa Borodzik: a wife and mother of 5 children.
